END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - MENSLA SOFTWARE

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Mensla (the "Company") for the use of Mensla software (the "Software"). By downloading and using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT:

The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes. This license is limited to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS:

a. The User may not distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease the Software.

b. The User may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP:

The Software is owned by Mensla. The User acknowledges that Mensla retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. DISCLAIMER:

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the User or any third party.

6. TERMINATION:

This Agreement is effective until terminated by the User or the Company. The User may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the Software. The Company may terminate this Agreement if the User breaches any provision.

7. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By downloading and using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
